The General Purpose Flexible Learning Area at St Francis Xavier College's Berwick campus is a two‑storey, energy‑efficient building designed to PassivHaus standards, with 24 classrooms and a Library Resource Centre, conceived as a hub for creativity and education.
Working with Devco, Eclipse installed integrated security across the building: SALTO access control on the doors, a Tecom security system and CCTV across the learning areas and entries, so the campus can open the building to students and staff through the day and lock it down with confidence at night.
