Your security alarm should be serviced every 12 months to ensure that it is working affectivley.

Eclipse Security service engineers can repair and maintain your security system as well as provide you with advice on getting the maximum out of your system.  Our service call is $95 inc, fixed price and includes the first 30 minutes onsite for clients in the Melbourne Metro and South East area and first 15 minutes for other areas.  Please call us to arrange an appointment, we will book a suitable appointment with you, our service engineers garantee to be there on time.

Our service department is an important part of providing our customers with ongoing support and service.   We provide a 12 month warrenty on all products sold unless a longer term has been stated when purchased and we are so confident that our installation team will do a great job that we provide an installation warrenty of 10 years. 

We do suggest that you call our office and speak to one of our service engineers before removing products from their location, they will happily provide you with advice or arrange an appointment to assist you further.
